Washington State Psychological Association's Committee on Ethnic Minority Affairs and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Concerns Committee invite you to join us for a Chinese banquet and post-Summit round table discussion.

We will provide a relaxed environment to discuss common issues raised during the Multicultural Summit.  Topics include:       

· What are the shared concerns of LGBT and ethnic minority psychologists?

· How can we foster cooperation rather than competition?

· What is the role of social activism in our state and national psychological associations?

· How can we move from victimization to empowerment?
